			<description>I am so happy, after two months my A1C went from 8.0% to 6.5%!! 
 
Total Cholesterol: was 135  now *92* 
*Tri:*  was 135    now   *77* 
*HDL:* was 36     now   *24*---worried about that? 
*LDL:*  was  70    now   *53* 
 
I need to figure out how to raise my HDL.. any suggestions?

If I don't, I can't keep my sugar under control.  Seems like OWL and maintenance gives me too many carbs to control my sugar.:spin:]]></description>
