After being so successful, I have let things get out of hand.  I kept up my exercise routine, but stopped watching what I was doing.  I am starting over again!  Not as far away, but still considerable considering where I was.  I got on the scale yesterday at 80 pounds over my goal weight. :bang:  I feel like such a failure and have avoided being on the boards because I'm embarrassed by it.  I hope my lack of continued success also doesn't derail anyone else, because this really does work.  However, and this is a BIG however, it is FOR LIFE!<br />

So, how do I learn?  I thought I had.  Did I lose it too fast and think, oh this is a piece of cake (no pun intended)?  Did it come too easy?  I didn't particularly think it was easy at the time.  Did I just fall into the yo-yo trap of &quot;I lost it before, I can lose it again&quot;?  <br />

The bad thing, is that I knew better.  Regardless, I am back on my journey, but once I arrive I want to unpack and stay settled.  I guess, I never really moved into my new home.  I still thought I was just visiting!   <br />
<br />
So, here I am back on induction.  Keeping my net carbs at under 20.  Eating my veggies, drinking my water, taking my vitamins, and getting my exercise.<br />

OK, I'm through with the pity party!  I am ready to go again.</div>
