| well... it depends on what type of Sweetener you use... i like STEVIA which has No Calories and No Carbs... so for a Recipe with 12 Muffins... they should be about 1.15 Carbs per Muffin! not bad huh? |

| No, not bad at all. This is something I'm definitely going to try! Thanks for posting!

| You can use www.fitday.com to work out the numbers for your specific cream cheese and sweetener etc. 1. Log on and go to an unused date so you have no other foods listed. 2. Add your ingredients (my cream cheese is a custom entry as it has fewer carbs than the 'generic' entry fitday uses) then copy the numbers down on paper or open a new window (ctrl N) so you can refer to the numbers shown. 3. Then start a new custom food entry and add the total numbers, calling it something like 'Promise's Cream Cheese Muffins' and making the quantity to read 12 servings. Then you can add however many servings you eat and have the correct numbers for the actual ingredients you use. BTW I also copy down the vitamins and minerals numbers (from the 'reports' section) into my custom food entries so it keeps my RDA numbers more accurate.

| Am thinking of trying these tomorrow. Has anyone else made these and did they rise at all? Do you think adding some baking powder may suit them? Thankyou |
