| That's why i weigh everything. Kitchen scale was the best investment i ever made. Anyway, a cup of raw cauli has about 3 net carbs....the problem even with a cup is that how much you fit in the cup all depends on how small you cut it. Thus, the scale..... |

| The atkins book doesn't refer to it in ounces sooo how many ounces of cauliflower to how many carbs?
