| Mustard is not an unlimited food as there is a trace amount of carbs per serving which adds up, but you can enjoy it in moderation. Just don't do like I did last weekend and binge on cheese and mustard as a late night snack -- the carbs add up real quick that way. DOH!

| Thanks guys! I had less than 1/4 teaspoon. I think I am in the clear! I finally found my DANDR. My DD (5 years old) was "reading" it. LOL |
