 Best Bleu cheese recipe
| I was watching a cooking show the other day and they made homemade steakhouse bleu cheese dressing ~ totally legal! And boy is it yummy:
Steakhouse Bleu Cheese:
Equal parts mayo and sour cream (I probably used 1.5 cups of each)
Juice of one whole lemon
Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 swirls around the bowl -sorry they did not give exact measurements
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
Bleu cheese crumbles to your liking
Mix and let set in fridge for about 45 minutes.
Sooo good over a wedge of lettuce with bacon crumbles and tomatoes!!
