| Once it's in, you can't take it out. The only thing I can think of is to eat it with something slightly sour or bitter or salty, in order to fool your taste buds. Or, you can convert it into an ice cream: mix up a custard base (eggs cooked with heavy cream until it light coats the back of a spoon) and add the cake to the custard base and freeze it.

| Hi, How about whipping up some heavy cream without any added sweetener and then putting it between layers of cheese cake? Val

| Maybe you could add the oversweet cake to an equally undersweetened 2nd batch recipe, mix them and have 2 new cakes just right? |

| I solved the issue LOL. I let my Dad have a taste and he thinks its the cat's meow- so I gave it to him!!! I'll make myself one the RIGHT way later this week. |

![]() Another would be to take it to work and put it out for others to eat!
