Butternut Squash, however, is available year-round these days. I'm sure this is all about demand.
As a spaghetti squash enthusiast, I'm hoping it catches on in a big way over here. Perhaps then we'll begin to see it at other times of the year.
The good news is that winter squash, if done correctly, can be stored successfully all through the winter.
Zucchini (courgettes) and marrow are examples of summer squash - nothing like spaghetti squash. | | |
