| Skippy has a low carb peanut butter that is pretty decent, but it is getting hard to find. My local wal-mart is the only place I see it these days. I haven't had any in a while so I can't remember the carb count.

| For the legume rung (and not Induction or any other lower rung), I've found going with natural as best as possible, it will serve you the most without the added sugars or perservatives.
