| Great question clogger!! I store mine in the frig if there happens to be any left over~~DH also enjoys avocado. Can't wait to see the responses to this question!!

| I dissolve some Vit C in water and sprinkle the cut part with it. Then I cover it with plastic foil and store it in the fridge.

| I smear the cut side with olive oil and pop it in the fridge and use it within 24 hours. |

| I smear it with lemon juice to stop it discolouring (the cut part) or put cling film on it tight and keep in fridge for a day or two.

| Thanks everyone. This is very helpful. I think I might try olive oil and put it in the fridge. My husband doesn't eat avocado so once it's cut...it's all mine. That's ok because I really like them. |

| hmm that's a good post. we use a lot of avacodo living in california... but i have never ever had any left over. |
