If you look in the "Low CArb Menues" forum there is a thread or two about camping. Also, you might want to move to On-Going Weight Loss Phase, rather than stay on Induction. Moving to OWL will allow you to eat a greater variety of foods and a greater amount of carbs. Staying on Induction doesn't have any real benefit.

| So there is both weight and space concerns? Can you eat oatmeal? Your profile says OWL 3 maybe by the time you go you will have tried oatmeal. How about jerky? Have you tried making some? Revolution roll "buns" for sandwiches? You can dry vegetables and use them to make soup. Nuts and seeds are very good for energy and snacks.
