Default whip cream

Im in my 8th day of induction and I decided to whip up some heavy whipping cream today. I know the daily allowance is 1-2 tablespoons but how the **** do you whip up such a small amount? i must have whipped up half a cup and ate about 3-4 tablespoons whipped
so if i whip up a batch how do i know how much to eat once whipped? I put in a pack of splenda and boy was it good!!! SF jello and whip cream is awesome, after eating that I dont even miss cake or ice cream!

Under special category foods you are allowed 3 ounces of heavy cream, but are warned that it might slow down losses. You wouldn't want to eat that much every day. It is yummy and filling.

The original amount under beverages is 2 to 3 tablespoons.

I dont think I will be eating SF jello w/whip cream for the last week of my induction. My first 8 days have not been totally clean, so I want to stick to the list for the last 8 and see what happens...

Mm, I love plain whipping cream (no splenda) on sugar free jello. It's a great treat when you're craving a treat. I think leaving out the splenda gives a rich taste on the jello.

These days I have a beater, but I have used a whisk a couple times. It takes like 5 minutes but it gets the job done. I make enough to serve a couple people.

I use an electric hand mixer. Use a bowl with steep sides. It only takes a couple of minutes. I put a little vanilla flavoring, but I don't bother with Splenda. It tastes sweet without adding anything.
