| it's too bad you consider a glass of water "anti-social". I bartended for several years and had several regulars who came in and had a glass of water with a slice in it ... some were recovering alcoholics who needed to come to a bar to prove to themselves that alcohol had no hold over them. Others had to work early - or were having drug testing coming up...but they all were as "social" as the drunks that sat at the bar. If you just have to sit there and act like everyone else "legal" drinks other than tap water are: Filtered water Mineral water Spring water Tap water any of these with a slice of lemon or lime are perfectly acceptable - ask for an umbrella if you need it to look more "cocktail-ish" -- or in a Tom Collins glass instead of a regular bar glass....an olive is acceptable also.
