| BobsRedMill.com sells all these different flours and has a large recipe section to give you ideas. They also sell the almond flour. Almond flour is different from the bean flours in that it is nut based with no starch; the bean flours have starch. I find the almond flour to be more versatile. I can't have soy anymore but the soy flour is also used in a lot of things. I found it to have a soy aftertaste though. The bean and soy flours really aren't interchangeable with almond flour as they are two different type products (beans vs. nuts).

| My grocery store has almond flour and other Bob's Red Mill items in the aisle with Splenda and other sugar substitutes.
