| The carbs in flax meal are said to be zero just because they are below 0.5 g per serving. But flax does have some carbs. In 20 tbsp of flax meal (1-1/4 cups), there is approx. 10 net carbs according to CalorieKing (50 total carbs, 40 fiber). You are only allowed 1 tbsp of flax meal per day, unless constipated, so you can't eat more than 1 cookie. Also, each cookie has 1 serving of Splenda if you use only Splenda (1 cup). So even if you are constipated, you can't eat more than 3 servings (and that is assuming you don't consume sweeters from any other foods).

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Since you are on Induction, you might want to reconsider "feeding your sweet tooth". I've seen too many people fail because they have fed that sweet tooth. See the more you feed it the more it will want.
