| I read this in a Janice Cox book: Avocado Seed Scrub Save the avocado seeds from your avocadoes. Put them in a plastic bag and smash them with a hammer until you have small pieces. Then put the pieces into a blender or coffee grinder to pulverize. To use, add a bit to your regular cleanser, massage into your face. Honey: if you have a blemish, dab on 100% honey and let it sit on the blemish for 20-30 minutes. Wash off and moisturize as usual.

| Opening coconuts with a big knife, smashing avocado seeds with a hammer... You get to eat on plan, do your exercise and have great skin, too! Mom told me a........... ***drum roll***......... pumpkin (you would not have guessed, huh?!) non-food recipe. Mix pureed pumpkin with ground pumpkin seeds and sugar. Don't eat, but use this as a body scrub. Onenine08, I don't know exactly what this does. I guess it just exfoliates and makes the skin look nice and soft.

| Give pumpkin seed milk a try! Anyhow, my co-worker swears by this one for a facial mask: 1 teaspoon plain yogurt 1 teaspoon honey Mix together, massage onto your face, wait 20 minutes and wash out. I tried it last night. But I only let it sit for 10 minutes because my cousin called on the phone and I had to talk to her. Anyhow, my skin became smoother and it felt hydrated to the point I didn't have to moisturize it last night! The acids in the yogurt act like a mini-skin peel treatment. The honey has anti-septic and anti-inflammatory properties. It also has the ability to hold moisture. I also read that honey, if used over a period of time on your skin or hair, will lighten it----which is good for me because I've been trying to get rid of these darn freckles since I was a teenager!!!!!

| This is from Janice Cox's book: All Purpose Honey Cleanser 2 tablespoons mild liquid soap (like Castile soap) 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup rose water or distilled water Mix the ingredients. Stirring too vigorously will produce bubbles, so stir gently. Use for face, body or hair.
