| Great list! Also eggs can be microwaved, specifically scrambled eggs and "baked" eggs. Whenever I have leftover chili or pulled pork, I put it in a microwave safe contain, make a well in the meat and crack a whole egg into the well. Pierce the yolk with a folk (that prevents it from exploding as it cooks). Then cook it on high until the chili and the egg is cooked. I have a recipe for a savory egg custard cooked in the microwave, but I haven't had time to try it out. When I do, I'll post the results.

| Sometimes i make egg pizza in the mwave - 2eggs beaten +1/2tsp baking powder - cover -on high for 1-2min till done. then i add some yellow cheese peces or grated, thin slices of tomatoes, green onions parsley, bl pepper, garlic powder, fresh basil if i have (really any locarb topping works) - MW on High to melt the cheese (40 sec?) >>> and it's done !

| I have made a cheesy meat and egg casserole..scramble the eggs, add salt, pepper, cooked breakfast meat of your choice, and cheese. The trick is to cook it at small intervals and stir in between.
