| LOL! Those must be Pam's breakfast muffins. They are really good. Yes, you can round things up, they don't need to be exact. For example, you could use 3 eggs 2.5 oz heavy cream 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened in the microwave 2 oz bacon 3 oz edam cheese, grated I don't know how much a slice of bacon weighs, but you can weigh 2 oz or just add as much bacon as you would like to have in the muffins.

| I would just round up or down to the nearest half oz. I think that 2.0 oz of bacon is about 8 slices. I know that 2 thin slices of the bacon I use is 13g. There are approx 28 grams in an ounce, so 4 thin slices per ounce. Hope that helps. |

| It does help..... A LOT!!! I was trying to imagine a package of bacon and then start figuring slices then half slices then ounces.... lol. Thanks again to you all!! |
