| Sorry to hear this, Lauren. Could be several reasons why this happened. Sounds like hardware but difficult to determine. Have you tried anything other than restarting the laptop? Which laptop is it? What operating system? Does cursor move or is it stationary? Which game was your son playing? |

| I have tried nothing else. I was afraid to blindly play with it. It is a compaq Presario 2200. It Operates with Win. XP. Cursor is stationary in upper left corner. He was playing runescape.com
