Today is my first day of my 7 day fast. I am thrilled to see the name and quote from Ghandi. They are what compelled me to join this group. I see the doc on Friday, 6 days from now and he strongly mentions my weight every month. I hope this month will be better than last. I'm not going to check my pee for 10 days and hope then to be in ketosis and then I will be officially doing Atkins.
