What is the theory about why it might fall on a 65% fat diet?

That most of the bad cholestoral we don't ingest but make in our bodies. We make more if insulin levels are high. Cut carbs. Insulin levels fall. Cholesterol falls.

Hi!

I voted in your poll. I'm your one "Fallen Dramatically" vote.

While I'm gratified that my total cholesterol dropped from 186 to 137 in three months, I'm not really surprised at all. I firmly believe that the occurence of "evil cholesterol" in our bodies is tied to sugar/carb consumption and not the consumption of animal fats.

Now if we could only convince the rest of the world that we aren't going to drop dead any second.
