Does the fat get insomnia?

i was just wondering. do all fatter people get insomnia easily? cause i always face this kind of issue. can't sleep at all. anything i can do to cure?well besides sleeping pill

Insomnia is actually apnea in more obese people.. When you say you cant sleep at all, you mean you just stay awake, or do you wake many times at night?? Let me know.. ok?

In that case. i stay awake. normally if i slept. i won't be able to wake hehe
