| I saw that and read that too.Came about from chickens....... On bbc 2 there was a very interesting 60min documentary...Horizon -Why are thin people thin?Lucky people...... Talking about fat cells and that they never go away...It seems to explain from my early child hood of a chubby 7 year old that's where the curse all started for me.Manage to loose but slowly gain again. It's worth a watch to all. |

| Oh no quick run from the fat people we can catch what THEY have!! (more prejudice) I watched that programme & it answered NOTHING, it is just theories and if you look at the ACTUAL findings that were hidden way down deep in the programe they stated that 1 3rd of obese people of the 1000 they tested -I am not very good at maths or percentages( hey it must be because I am fat ![]() Ciao xx ![]() |

| My belief is that when you are around other people, you may pick up on their internal responses to food and begin to respond the same way they do. Kind of a peer, or "herd" mentality. So instead of fat being contagious, fat attitudes and responses to food and eating are passed on. IMO. |
