| I did watch this. Interesting if unexceptional. Quote from one doctor: Addictive elements in food? Refined sugar and (refined) white flour. --- I did read somewhere that white bread can have a glycemic index approaching that of pure sugar - French Croissant GI 95 - its plain mainlining!

| I saw the first half of this. I agree that it is good to have a Dr acknowledge the addiction element of obesity. However I don't agree entirely that it is down to personal responsibility. That is a factor, but so is the cheap and easy availability of over-sugared and high carb foods with little nutritional value. |
