hello all i ve been on atkins since jan 1st and i just noticed that a knott about the size of a dime below my stomach right below my belt line this is the 2nd time on atkins i allso noticed it the first time i got off atkins and it went away
im going to stick with it this time but is this something i should be worried about or is something to do with the rapid weight loss thanks in advance for any help

I do have some knotty things in my lower belly as well, but it seems to be that i am feeling large fat cells.. or maybe a cyst... i actually squeeze one, and it popped or something.. leaving a bruise that took a very long time to go away. If you are really concerned though.. you may want to have a doctors opinion on this.
