| Hi Will, Here's an excellent article about your pulse and resting BPM. Take note* Caffeine and smoking can cause higher than normal rates. | doing your cardio part of your exercise should help you lower your resting heart rate over time. Have you discussed this with your doc? rememeber what is normal for you may not ber mornal for others.
