| Hi! This is a special notice specifically for people in Sydney.... and more specifically, for those who enjoy classical singing (quality :nod ). I'm in a Recital Concertthis Wednesday night at 6pm, in the city. I'll be singing: "O War Ich Schon Mit Dir Vereint" from Fidelio by Beethoven. "Mein Herr Marquis" from Die Fledermaus by Strauss "Il Faut Partir" from La Fille du Regiment by Donizetti ...and there are some other gorgeous singers showing their wares as well. PM me if you'd like more info! :icondance PS - it's FREE!

Hi, I'm a 20 year old, girl who lives in a small town not far from Taree (hey tish) but works in Sydney, I'm slowly easing my way onto atkins, basically because I was diagnose coeliac and thought if I'm giving up bread, pasta and cakes I may as well give them all up, and lose some weight, Anyway my doctor has suggested I start on the OWL and slowly ease myslef onto induction instead of vice versa so I have been on OWL for the last few months and have been loving it, anyway, I have to mention Darrell Lea sugar free chocolate bars 2g of carbs per bar and yummy, and I have now developed an addiction for beef jerky, and sugar free jelly (I love aeroplane jelly) anyway hi and I hope to hear more about your experiences

Hey Mopsie... wooo hooo for the country gals.. I live just outside of Taree too.. isn't it a small world..so you said you live in a small town out side Taree but work in Sydney... don't tell me you commute 3 hours everyday...or do you come home on weekends? Oh and if that is the case... yo said you had trouble getting pork rinds... well Taree Woolworths carries them... I was actually gonna see if they would get in some of the other flavours in the stuff they talk about in the american posts here. I love the darell lea choc and could eat it at first but now the sugar alcohols make me gain weight...don't know why they just do and quickly I might add. In another thread I answered one of your posts..I didn't understand why you were going straight to OWl...now it makes sence so disregard my post... besides if it is working for you ..why change now. do you stick to a strict OWL or are you a moderfied OWL gal.

I'm on a pretty strict OWL I started at 60-70g a day about three months ago and have been reducing by about 5g a week/fortnight (depending on my mood/health progress), and pretty much only the foods on the list. I'm down to 30g now and was even seeing ketosis symptoms at 45g, but I do want to go do induction, My doctor is just worried more about the possible shock my body would go into just giving up carbs full stop like that, so he weaned me off, which I am prefering because if I was in induction I know I would of crashed out a few times already I'm still a snack queen, I love the security of always having a little low carb snack in my purse, I work weekends in Sydney, I think a 6 hour commute everyday would kill me

I used to be a snackaholic...now I have trouble remembering to eat.. You sound like you are working the eating plan perfectly...and the thing is if it is working for you ..why change .. I was really worried that I would bust all out over the place but so far I have been a constant surprise to myself for not even scarfing and M&M... miracals will never cease!...
