Default UK - take aways

I am wondering if there is any take away food that is 100% induction friendly? It doesn't matter if its Indian, Chinese, Thai it can be anything! I was thinking a donner kebab might be ok (without the pitta obviously) but I know there may be issues with it not being pure meat. Any advice appreciated!

Defintely not Donner kebabs, these are stacked full of fillers.

The best thing for you would probably be a Shish kebab, without pitta or sauces.

Just meat and salad.

I hope this helps.

If I have to get a take away I try and eat chicken kebabs without the pitta. It's always a risk though.

My favourite British takeaway always has been Atkins friendly - chip-shop chicken breast.
Our local chippie deepfries it so it comes out succulent with crispy skin - deeeelicious!!

Though of course now I have it without the chips and maybe with a couple of wallies (great big gherkins) as my veggies!

I suppose pickled eggs would be OK too but those make me gag!

Rich here is a link to Nandos
http://www.nandos.co.uk/
On their Restaurant finder map I found there is one in Bournemouth too! You are in Wiltshire, aren't you? Your nearest would be Bath, Bournemouth or Reading at present.

I havent looked at the menu yet as the website is very hard to read on my fairly small shop computer screen, but they do seem to list everything there including the nutrition info on their sauces and marinades etc.

But I couldnt find carb counts on their chicken so if we did decide to go there I would email them to check they dont inject the chicken with sugar etc
