| :wave divaindubai! I am originally from Minnesota and now living in Jordan.....From what I understand, Dubai has alot more of the western products than Amman has.....although its not so bad.....biggest hurdle....SPLENDA....was able to find some at Safeway ONE WEEK.....but pretty expensive.....you are definitely right about the fresh veggies though. MUCH cheaper than what I remember the states being. Much success on your Atkins journey!

| Salaam alaikom naseem! How are you? Actually my husband and I and our two kids are going to Jordan in August for a few weeks! I cannot wait. Yeah there are a lot of western products here in Dubai. I've managed to find a good nutrition centre which sells Splenda. I love Splenda it tastes like real sugar. Yeah the fresh veggies are much cheaper here. :yes

| I know this post is old but thought that since someone started it, I should post... I'm new here, restarting induction and I suck at making my induction menus |
