Default An American in Germany...help

I took a trip to the states for a month and just returned to Germany from VA/FL today. I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. Everyone said how fab I looked. Well, I couldn't figure it since I hadn't lost any additional wt since January when they last saw me. Apparently though, I had lost lots of inches.

I did see a Dr. regarding my MRI. I have a tumor/mass on my liver. I have had 2 opinions about it and they differ. I have decided to take the holistic approach to my health to include Atkins, exercise, digestive enzymes, a liver detox, weight loss, juicing for additional enzymes and prayer. I am not so much interested in the acute state of my liver, but rather how I can make it healthier and function properly again. My kidneys and lymph system are not up to par either. So I have a long road to hoe.

This just puts a hotter fire under my need to take care of myself.

I need to eat organic foods, and am not sure where to find them in Germany. I also need to have a colonic cleansing and am not sure where to get that either. I was told a cofee colonic would be good for my situation as well. For those of you familiar with Stuttgart or the area, please advise. I need to find organic eggs, meats, veggies, etc. I also need to purchase a juicer that juices wheat grass.

I do feel bloated and swollen since my trip, as I didn't exercise for a month (except walking from shop to shop in the mall) and I ate what ever suited my fancy. My wt is at 260 which is the same give or take 3-4lbs.

I ask for your continued prayer and well wishes as I fight to live as long as I can and with the best quality of life.
