| think outside the box. you never have to eat eggs nor any other breakfast food to do Atkins. you can have dinner 3 meals a day if you'd rather eat those foods. it says you may select from the lists so select something you aren't allergic to and have at itr. my tastebuds decided my picks ofr induction and many dinners were had in the AM. Happy low carbing.

| Look to other cultures for breakfast ideas. Here in Japan Miso soup is a stable. I often cook large sausage with tomatoes. Another idea is last nights leftovers. Check out our recipe and even our cookbook for ideas. Welcome, Also besure to go to Chit Chat and put your pin on our new map. Its a little lopsided. |

| How about bacon & mushrooms (my every other day breakfast) or minute steak (thin steak) with mushrooms. Asparagus and cheese come to mind, and tomatoes. I think you can get by with some alternatives here. Think creative!

| Yes - the Atkins way of eating (WOE) certainly makes us think 'outside the box' doesnt it! If I haven't pre-cooked something for breakfast I often just pull out some slices of ham and cheese and roll them together for some tasty roll-ups with some cherry tomatoes for veggies. Today I found I had run out of cheese slices so I spread some cream cheese on the ham instead.
