| I have a really nice recipe for a frittata (sort of like an omelette but firmer and more 'pielike') made in the microwave at home. I will try to find it tonight and post it tomorrow. If I forget send me a PM reminder please somebody!

| Hi There New Dane, good to be able to talk to others - we have to be very creative to find some new recipes so good that we can share. How are you all doing? I've been on induction for 16 days and have lost 7,2kg og 34,5 cm, it seems very overwhelming, a little like magic. Would love to hear from you soon Eena |

| Hi Eena I am here too, Denmark, Odense, originally from Copenhagen. I am not posting, but I do keep up with whats going on at the forum Tons of questions answered for me here..the danish translation of the book is sort of annoying once in a while..I got the english version at the library to compare, not a bad idea if your library carries it Chadrentar |

| I buy Atkins and low carb products online from Low Carb Megastore in the UK. It costs a bomb by the time they get couriered out to Italy so I usually have a bumper pack made up, which is a bit cheaper (as the shipping is the same regardless of weight - up to a point).

| well i am still around once in a while. Lost some 25 kg last time i was on the diet and now I am working hard to lose the rest. This round of dieting I started at jan 1 (I know lousy day to start) and i just passed the 15 kg mark, and have no problems with keeping it up. Next week I am starting to use bicyckle to work (some 24 km back and forth) and that should spped things up a bit i hope. otherwise pm me. peter
