Anyone know where in the UK I can get psyllium husks cheap?

I'm getting them from holland and barrett at the moment and getting fleeced too...

180g for £8.00!!!

I have ordered some supplements online from this website. It is pretty cheap and P&P free all over UK.

I cant remember what I paid for mine from our local independant health food shop, but it was a lot cheaper than from H&B and in a larger size too. It might be worth checking your local one - if they only do small sizes ask if they can give you a better price of you order a larger size.
The shop I use buys in bulk and repackages most of their stuff so were willing to cut a deal for me for 5 kilos of golden linseeds!!

Hey,

Go to an Asian/Indian store and ask for ISABGOL. Around £1.50 for a big pack and last ages. I know its the same thing as I have seen in Holland and Barret.
