| It looks like a good alternative to 'starting from scratch' for people who have climbed the OWL ladder, and that far on the Atkins journey it seems a fairly low carb count too! I must check the labels on the ones I used to buy before Atkins!

| I remember I used to buy a really nice butter chicken one by Asian Home Gourmet, it was really nice and LC but I think I stopped using it as it used soy oil. |
