| Hi Brooklyn ![]() I noticed no-one from your area has chimed in yet so thought I would pop in here and respond to your question. What kind of 'lowcarb' products are you looking for? To be honest I have not bought and used any special 'lowcarb' stuff in the 3 and a half years I have been Atkineering. There are plenty of recipes and ideas in the Food and cooking forums for making substitutes for most of your old favourites. Maybe if you are missing some specific dishes on ingredients you can visit the Food and Cooking forum http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...aysprune=&f=41 or the Recipe Request forum http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...splay.php?f=29 and ask for help in converting a favourite recipe. We have many excellent cooks and 'kitchen scientists' amongst our members who are always ready for a challenge!!
