| Can you buy unsweetened cocoa powder? There are plenty of recipes around for making sweet dishes using that with some allowed sweetener and cream or cream cheese etc. If you are only using a smal amount it would be allowed under the 'spices' section of the allowed list.

| im not sure if i can buy unsweetened cocoa powder, iv asked my korean speaking friends and they said they'd never heard of it or anything else sugar free to think of it! The only cream they have here is in a carton and full of sugar. i bought it one day and poured some of it into my scrambled eggs and didnt realise it had sugar in it till i tasted it, ugghh. so i cant even look forward to strawberries and cream! in desperate need of some dessert like things. I can get philadelphia cream cheese here and it comes in a strawberry flavour too, weird and probably full of sugar so i dint get that, cant fead the label to check it out. |
