I don't take lunch to work as I work in a hospital and work evening shift, so I take dinner to work. I have been cooking on my days off and making low carb casseroles and then freezing them in serving size with foil. I've decided that in order to make this work my hobby has got to be cooking. I have to admit I don't miss the hospital cafeteria food! Brenda

| Use one of those small coolers and a freezer pack. My BF takes his lunch everyday and doesn't have access to a refridgerator, the small cooler with the ice pack sits in a hot vechile all day and is still cold at lunch time.

I think that happened when the board switched to vBulletin. I think it was when the semi-colon symbol was used.

"&" seems to appear in places where "&" is used, at least the posts seem to read as if the amp; should be omitted. But not always: & .... but ; & together: ;& looks fine here so maybe I'm wrong...,& (seems to be ok with posts now) One favorite solution of mine is to pack a small soft cooler with a frozen bottle of water or a frozen piece of cooked meat to keep the other lunch items cold.

I noticed some of the ADBB smilies come up that way when they don't work properly...only shawnee can settle that argument.
