this sounds super:
mock danish (1oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, cinnamon)

Where do I find the instructions for it, I didn't see it in the recipe section, is this a creation of your own???

I found mine at Wal-Mart in the vitamin section. GNC carries it, so do many places like Whole Foods, Wild Oats etc.

Is the flax seed ok for induction? I have seen that this shouldn't be in the diet until the second rung of OWL. I have ordered some and would really like to try some of the recipes with it. That is the hardest part about low carb, not having bread...LOL

During Induction, flax is allowed as a daily fiber supplement (1 tbsp) or to help with constipation. Otherwise it is a seed, so it can be added in OWL Rung 3.

That is what I thought, though on the induction recipe thread there is a recipe for some "oatmeal" that is made with flax seed meal.
Thanks,
Mike

If you suffer from constipation issues, then you can have the fake oatmeal.
