Carbs in imitation extracts?

I am just wondering if anyone can tell me if there are carbs in imitation extracts?

I have a bunch of different flavors, banana, rum, coconut, etc...but have no clue if they contain any carbs...no nutritional data on the label.

I added a tiny bit of the imitation banana extract to a muffin in a minute this morning and it was GREAT.

Odd I was wondering this the other day because I couldn't find my real vanilla so I had to use imitation then I went to the store and bought vanilla.

I looked up McCormick and the vanilla has 1.9g carbs per tbsp

Their
banana has 0 carbs
rum has 0 carbs
I couldn't find the info on the coconut extract but it seems to me it would have carbs if it's sweet. I've never tried the other flavors I may have to try banana.

I just did a search on google and put in carbs in " whichever" imitation extract and found those so if theres others u need they might be there.

hey Sweet Strudel....must have been one of those days for thinking about carb counts....I just found out that a large Double/Double from Timmies has 20 carbs (5 tsp of sugar)!!!!!!!! UGH.

YIKES 20 grams! Well, I never ever used real sugar in my coffee anyway, always sweetener...and a long time ago I used to drink it just with cream.

No Double Double Large Timmies...thats for sure!

I just looked at the ingredients on my pure vanilla bottle (Club House brand) and there's sugar in there!
If 3 tsp = 1 tbsp, you divide that 1.9 grams of carbs/tbsp by 3, then it's .63 grams/carbs per tsp. I'm a little scared of the sugar content though!
