Keto milk and Keto cereal

I got the Keto milk and honey not cereal this weekend, the milk is pretty good almost like fat free milk in the store. 3g. carb per 8oz. ( I think ) The cereal isn't all that good, its ok, but I can't eat allot of it at once, kinda gets that carboard taste after awhile.

I've tried the frosted Keto flakes and hot Apple cereal.
Both are very good. The flakes stay crisp, unlike the Atkins flask cereal.
