Keto shakes

I have had the vanilla and the banana Keto shake. I like them both, but my husband chops ice and puts cream in them to make them taste better. Without the cream and ice, they are a little chalky. They are 1g. carb per 8oz. I also tried the pre-mixed atkins vanilla shake and that was pretty good, very smooth and creamy.

I love the Keto shakes. I buy the vanilla and flavor them with the DaVinci syrups. It gives me a big selection. You can mix flavors too. Try a bit of chocolate syrup and a bit of cherry syrup, you get chocolate covered cherry flavor!
I put the shake mix and water and flavor in my blender with ice. Makes it really good and thick.

I did not like these as much as the atkins shakes. They had a serious after taste to me. I had the orange cream one.

i use to drink those every day until i realized they have hydrolized whey protein in them.. which is related to transfats. :sadblinky
I miss drinking them, they were REALLY good. Espically the Eggnog.
