| Hi Carrie, I have bought the vanilla powdered drink one, but now afraid to try it! lol I am enjoying ...and I really mean ENJOYING the canned ones. Hubby and I are both using them for lunches. The taste great. I keep them in the refrigerator and serve them very cold. Shake em up good first. The vanilla is like drinking a thin milkshake to me. And we both love the chocolate ones too. I have bought the Strawberry too, but haven't tried that yet. |

| Personally? I'd rather eat saw dust than drink powdered Atkins shake mix. lol I have yet to find a way to make that stuff taste good. - And I don't care how much cream and/or sweetener you add to it. Bleck! |

| out of all of the really awful tasting Atkins products I've tried, the shakes & shake mix are the worst. I threw the mix away (along with the 20 bucks I spent on it) I've only been able to force down 1 canned shake so far. Don't waste your money on this stuff. The diet works, but the food really sucks. |

| I too bought the powder shake mix. Cappacinno............YUCK! But, I found a recipe on the Atkins site for Muffins which called for the shake mix. So I revamped the recipe and using up my mixes for those, made them into a flaxmeal muffin and they are delicious.....so I do not feel like I wasted my money!

| I got a delivery of Atkins/low-carb products yesterday. I hadn't been planning to try any of them yet but curiosity got the better of me. The Keto banana muffin/pancake mix was rather nice with sugarfree chocolate extract. Tasted very much like egg. The flaxseed/wheat bran 'hot cereal' (can't remember the brand) was truly vile - like sawdust mixed with wallpaper paste. It improved a little with cream and low-carb maple syrup, but then I got absolute confirmation that my body will now not tolerate wheat at all. The world fell out of my bottom, and then I threw up and had really bad stomach cramps. What a way to spend an afternoon in the office I haven't tried the Atkins shake powders yet but I too have some recipes involving them so I'll adapt them as an occasional experiment. By and large though I'm going to stick to 'real' food.

| I had done Slimfast before and the Atkin shakes are a treat after those. I like to use 3 oz heavy cream with the 5 oz water. Blender with ice cubes and a dash of the Atkins chocolate syrups. I even add my ground flax seed to it and it still is good.
