Archer,

That's not accurate. Total carbs already includes sugars, so you don't have to add them back in later.

Dan is correct in his assessment.

I almost bought the carb options skippy, but I thought I'd look at the regular peanut butter & found a jar of Peter Pan Whipped that had the same net 3g carbs per 2 Tbsp & went with that... figured the chances were greater I'd like it plus it was cheaper heh

Had it, tastes great, just like Jif.

Much better than those natural peanut butters that you have to stir up. The Splenda in it is the key, I need sweetness to the peanut butter and that extra Splenda in there does the trick.

The KETO and Steel's jams are good, I have had the 50/50, yuck.

Peanutbutter is SO low carb anyway, I honestly don't see why you bother. I laughed when i saw this product. Whereas regular PB has four or five net carbs, this has three. :no

Try a product called Sunbutter. It's a pb-like spread made out of sunflower seeds. Besides being fantastic, it also has only three net carbs, fully double the fiber of peanutbutter, and 70% of your daily vitamin e and copper requirements. There are also 'natural' and 'organic' varieties that don't use hydrogenated oil. It's not listed, but I really wouldn't be surprised if you got some omega-6 benefit from it, aswell.

Honestly, I don't work for the sunflower councel or anything... the stuff really rules, and I just like getting the word out.

Sounds interesting. I am also a fan of Tahini, which is made with sesame seeds, and is vaguely peanut-butter like.

Technosquid, where can you get sunbutter? I've never heard of it, but I'd love to try it.

Well I find mine at cub foods, which is supplied through super-valu destributors. It's possible it's a regional product, though.... it's produced a couple hundred miles from where I live.

If it's not at your local grocery, I'd look at a whole foods store.

Another sunflower butter:

Honestly though, I'm in love with it. I can't go back to eating JIF.
Recently I got the idea in my mind to make my own big batch of sunbutter with a thunderstick food processor. Throw in some flax and pumpkin seed kernels, and you've got one healthy spread.
