Minky, I agree, I had some of the Carb Freedom Vanilla Bean (2 grams per serving) and it tastes just like regular ice cream. The only problem is all of the sugar alcohols. If you eat too much, you'll be in the bathroom for a while. :yikes Found that out the hard way.
