Low carb BBQ Sauce

Went to the grocery store today to get ingredients to make LLow Carb BBQ Sauce from the recipe section. But there, lo and behold, on the BBQ Sauce shelf was a new product; Lawry's Carb Options Barbecue Sauce (Original and Hickory Flavor) Here are the Nutrition Facts:

1 serving = 2tbsp
Calories 10 per serving
Total Fat 0%
Sodium 340mg
Total Carbs 3g
Fiber 0g
Sugars 0g
Proteins 0g

It is sweetened with Splenda. It tastes real good. Beats not having "Q" sauce. Try it.

We tried the Hickory flavored tonight and even my DH (who refuses to join me on Atkins) fell in love with it.

Really great flavor. I also bought some of the Teriakki Marinade. Will post when we try that out on chicken.

Kraft Carb Well BBQ sauce is another option....same in taste to their original, 3g carbs per serving and only costs around $1.70 per bottle

Carb Options needs to lower their prices
