Help required in the UK

[Ive started so i'll finis]

If any of the Uk participants can give me some advice as to shops they have used in the past to purchase bread,biscuits or muffin type items could they please reply and let me know what they purchased and where.

I have looked in places like Holland and Barrett but dont find the items much use the bread and other like items don't appear to be suitable.

I really wish we had an Atkins shop in the UK.......

So if anyone can help with ideas please let me and others know.

I found a useful supplier of Lo Carb and Lo Sugar foods in the UK.

They can be found at www.sugarlite.co.uk

Warning none of these products could be described as cheap.

They supply many Atkins products as well as Lo Carb pre baked bread. :P
