| There we go, sorry Joan, this post was in a non-discussion area so I had to move it for you. Now, as for bread without corn starch: First off, which stage of Atkins are you in? I am not aware of any commercially availible bread without any dissalowable carbs (even the low-carb breads). What you can do, however, is easily bake some of your own. Simply check out any of the recipes on the recipe board for flax seed bread/muffins, or get a hold of some soy protein isolate or wheat protein isolate to make non-starch non-flour based breads.
