I like Callebaut's Dark Chocolate the best! Milk chocolate it too sweet for me, and although Ross Chocolates makes a dark chocolate bar, all the rest of their flavors are made with milk chocolate. I'm thinking of trying my hand at making my own candy. Starting with cocoa. I think it would be fun!

I just read this string and decided to go ahead and try the Asher's PB Truffle candybar I had bought yesterday at GNC. YUM! It tasted just like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup! If you're not one for substitute kind of flavors, this is for you. It only has 1g net effective carbs! Almost seems too good to be true!

I really enjoy the Hershey's sugar free. They have Special Bars and Reeses Cups which are my faves.

someone told me about the pure d'lite bars so i decided to go after work to pick up a few. unfortunately, they didn't stock them at the eckerd but i did find some atkins endulge bars in chocolate. i was a little apprehensive because i had tried some of those other healthy bars like balance and powe and they taste absolutely horrible. yuck. but i decided to give the atkins bar a chance. and it's soo good! tastes like hershey's dark chocolate bar. definitely going to go back and buy some more. i can't resist some good chocolate.

Carbolite are really good, but my favorite is the Pure D'Lite Milk Chocolate & Orange.
