| I havn't tried any, because those I've seen have been very loose with their definition of "low" carbs. I don't consider a small mean with 15g of carbs in it to be low in carbs. |

| The carb counts are quite high, and they look fairly unappetizing. You could do far better just buying some tupperware and setting aside a little bit of your dinner from the night befor to take with you the next day.

| I've tried a few different kinds. I was eating the Weight Watchers ones for a while (like 7-10 carbs) and they were pretty good. They have some around here that are called "Mike's Gourmet" in a blue box, and they were really tasty (more like home cooked rather than typical frozen dinner stuff.) But they were like $7 a meal! I've given up on the pre-packaged frozen dinners all together now. I just cook up enough meat and veggies and put them in Gladware ahead of time. Cheaper, better, and not as many chemicals. |
