| I've only ever seen them in 7-11 stores. Otherwise it's available online. The best for you are the Dark Chocolate with Macadamia Nuts, and the Milk Cholocate with Almonds. They have only 4g of sugar alcohols, while the others have 8-9g (which is still very low for a chocolate bar). Unfortunately I just noticed that the chocolate-peantbutter has hydrogenated oil in it (from the PB), so I'm going to avoid them from now on. |

| I found them at Walmart. They are pretty tasty. I have only tried the milk choc./peanut butter. I miss peanut butter! They give me no stomach problems or scale problems. Shelley

| Zcarb bars are the absolute best low-carb bars ever. They cause absolutely no stalls or stomach problems, and they taste great. You can get them at Wal-Mart, 7-11, Walgreens. |

| The Zcarb bars are made with Erythritol which is very different from the other sugar alcohols. From what I've read, erythritol is absorbed very quickly but isn't metabolized. Most of it passes through unchanged in your pee. Because it doesn't make it to the large intestine, there are no digestive issues and because it doesn't metabolize, it has a miniscule glycemic/caloric/ketogenic impact. |
